had a great stay at pan pacific! huge and spacious room with a nice view. we loved the fully equipped kitchen, super handy, and the birthday surprise for my husband was sweet! the comfy bed made mornings tough, we didn't wanna get out! would definitely come back again!

Housekeeping could've been better, they forgot some towels. and the air conditioning was a bit off sometimes.

Amazing stay with thoughtful touches

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The two-bedroom suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like home. I really appreciated the modern kitchen amenities, especially the washing machine, which came in handy during our travels. the little gesture of providing a chocolate cake for our anniversary was a lovely surprise! I think the hotel could improve on promptly addressing room maintenance issues.

Some tiles in the shower could use a thorough cleaning!!! The drying sensor on the washer/dryer is frustrating and really needs fixing!!! Floor laminate unevenness can pose a tripping hazard!!!

this hotel could’ve been great, but alas, the service was subpar, and the room lacked both sunlight and a view. i expected a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, yet was met with indifference. it’s absolutely baffling that they didn’t realize i deserved a better welcome. one could almost think they didn’t care, but i digress.
